Yea the membership is a little steep ($300+) but for just going last night I payed $37.

I am going to consider upgrading my membership.

I'm always hesitant to create intro posts on forums, however, since I'm passionate about starting my new chapter in real estate investing and appreciate the wealth of knowledge this site has and will continue to provide, I feel it is beneficial to announce my membership.

I've used Redfin in the past for my condos, but there aren't too many listings that fit this new profile on there, and while I've found some listings on loopnet, so many are hidden/locked to free members and I can't believe how exorbitant the membership cost is to view those.

You get all of Joe's and Dan's custom-built Lead Management and Wholesaling Podio apps, and other services that come with the membership. 

I've been thinking about paying for the membership to have access to everything and attend meetings. 

Seems like a great group of people and I am sure you will get some value out of the base level of membership. 

I did get a chance to meet and talk with Eddie at this event I went to .. not sure is Scott was a member or not.. but it was a diverse membership .. it was not only notes.. but it was high level owner operators that for sure..

Austin Infill Coalition is a private group of investors and developers - membership is around $200 a year but everyone there knows their stuff.HBA might be an option.
