Are there any Real Estate pros in the Austin area? I recently moved here and looking for some guidance and to connect.

There are a couple of great places to start. 
Investor Underground and Contractor Underground are Facebook groups with a ton of activity on it. 
Austin Infill Coalition is a private group of investors and developers - membership is around $200 a year but everyone there knows their stuff.
HBA might be an option. 

Those top two are probably the places I'd start. Facebook first because it's free.
