You may have asked them politely to vacate early, but the simple fact that you asked them to leave before their lease was up was very hostile and now you are getting the blow back from that.If Canadian laws are anything like US laws, then they are under no obligation to leave, nor are they under any obligation to bend over backwards so that you can show the property whenever is convenient for you.
