Tim, your just describing writing a note simple as that.leave blanks on interest rate.. fill It in .. leave blank on term fill it in.leave blank on monthly payment fill it in or say none.you can also have an equity participation clause I have done hundreds of those.. its really up to you... if you can think it .. it can be done. ( within the laws of your state)
