Loan brokers won’t look at deals below $1M. 

@Jessica GeislerTechnically, getting paid a fee for connecting two parties that leads to a transaction is called brokering.

Buyer and broker need to both write down who THEIR ideal match would be with specific criteria.

You can talk to these people as to help you with the numbers and give you a preferred rate and then shop them against the big brokers in house or preferred lender.

Do not listen to a loan broker who wants you to create a blanket loan and not an investor them self.
