I work at a gas station right now but everyday I wake up I know my potential is not being used to its fullest potential I want to start small an grow big I want to purchase one home starting out but credit is bad an money is low what am I looking for in buying that first property how do I find the best homes that need little money so should I go tennet occupied like town homes first or buy abandoned homes wich rout to go?

My wife noted that there were lots of grand houses in need of some love but next to abandoned buildings and seedy neighborhoods.

Even Wyoming has laws on left over property requiring sending notice and what to do with abandoned property, I am positive CA has a whole bunch of laws on it. 

I am interested in contacting estates about abandoned homes and am also interested in contacting landlords who have just had to evict tenants.I went to the JP court of a judge who presided over an eviction that we had to do last year. 

When my friends family arrived they were astonished to see what had happened.Now the prop manager is not only saying my friend broke the lease early and will be charged for that but for also abandonment of the property, and leaving the “trash” (her personal property that they went thru and took what was valuable) in the property.They have billed her over 2k in frivolous charges and sent the bill to a collections company.Is there anyone here that can help point us in the right direction to get this settled?

This situation is odd because the house looks abandoned (no one is taking care of the yard) especially in a our nicer neighborhood.
