s post.John D, so technically the contract can't call for it because you're not supposed to hide contract addenda from the lender, and as soon as the lender sees that addenda we're back at square 1 - "nope, can't do it."

Probably not good.And if you found the owner misrepresented the square footage of the property, did work without a permit, etc. wouldn't you wonder what else they're hiding?

They can easily lookup your personal address unless you have gone to the trouble of hiding it.Try googling yourself and see what I mean.
