First time home buyer
I'm a first time home buyer and the property I'm looking at has an income room (kitchen; bath) in the basement. The first time home buyer programs are saying that this would not qualify under Maryland's first time home buyer programs. My question is, how can I have my realtor write it up so it doesn't look like an income property?

What your asking is, "How do we commit mortgage fraud/real estate fraud so we can access funding through a program that the property I want to buy does not qualify for?"
You might want to think about this....
