Amazing enough that I bought the PRO membership and I believe enough in the tools and network provided by BP that it will allow me to succeed in my pursuit of financial independence.And, I believe it has allowed me to see that I might be royally screwed on my rehab/flip property I am working on.

I plan on finding other BP members in this area to network and learn.

I have a decent network of contractors near Oak Park/Forest Park/Berwyn area.

It's imperative that you start networking with other investors in your area.

As far as finding empty boxes for sale, you should join the ICSC and then attend the conferences and networking events. 

Hello all,I'm just looking for a little advice and I know that the Bigger Pockets network will have some great stuff for me :)  My wife and I just went and looked at a house that is bank owned.

Now it's time to buckle down and save, pay off our debts, keep learning, and I want to start networking as well.

I have had a goal to do more RE networking this year and to that end I have made it to two of the San Diego BP socials mentioned by @Gregg Watkins (I do not get a pull down for his name) and hope to make it to more this year.
