As a mentor of mine told me if I'm going to go, go big...

@Alec Marchand I just made a similar post as well today and haven’t gotten any replies as of yet but I’ve been on YouTube listening to Max Maxwell just to gain some understanding until I’m able to gain a mentor or just jump in head first.

See that's the key, young blood being trained correctly, mentored and monitored much like how appraisers do it, the model doesn't really exist in real estate, not on scale at least. 

I joined biggerpockets to gain more information regarding real estate as I would like to turn this into a passive income for myself and I would like to network with others and speak with mentors. 

So long as the Land Contract is recorded, even a mortgage has been found to be junior to it.

I reached out on BP to some real estate agents in our area (northern NJ), got in touch with one in hopes she would also help mentor us through the process. 

I am very interested in multi-generational houses or especially homes that are easily convertible to allow for a junior attached ADU per California's definition.I have searched through literally thousands of house plans and noticed that very few of them have this ability.Has anyone else attempted to do this? 

Is anyone having great success locally that would love to partner up and/or mentor on single family home acquisitions ?

And when you start to have more time find a mentor through those events or in the local community and see how you can serve them.
