Not to mention about 25 inquiry's. 

I get LOTS of applicants off these groups.I get flooded with inquiries, many of which will be crap.

Our Rental Criteria and Tenant Screening Questions are available in the BP File Place under Other Documents, as an example for some ideas.If a person shares something with you during the screening and application process that shows they won't qualify, thank them for their inquiry, but let them know they don't quality because you require....

I admit, I don't always return each reference inquiry.  

For the most part, his responses were prompt, even if he wasn't able to fix things right away.Over the past 8 months though, his responses to any inquiries have completely stopped.

I have been receiving a few inquiries about it.

Since we knew we were on the high end and no one took the bait, we came down to 1250 which is more the area I was expecting/want to be and we decided to offer lawn service (60-80/month depending on the season) because a few of the comments from prospects were about taking care of the lawn.With the lower price, I've had probably 20+ inquiries and arranged 3-4 showings, no takers.
