Recommendations on Birmingham realtors and funders

Simple request: who would YOU use in Birmingham AL to find and help purchase investor cash flow properties? Not mansion country club, but rental homes to blue collar workers (B/C CLASS HOMES)?

How about local banks or funders for same? I'm running into issues with minimum $50k or $100k loans from bigger banks.

Looking for RECOMMENDATIONS from investors that have already been in THIS market and seen the good/bad ones.

Feel free to PM me, and once again, thanks for your time, stay safe, and thanks your help in these rough times.

THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

Jeff Nordin
