I'm constantly having to replace windows and kicked in doors, it's ridiculous.

Pueblo and Pueblo West has three Walmart Stores, Two Hospitals, An Indoor mall and most of the major stores, Bed Bath & Beyond, Knols, and the list go on.

Be sure to read the Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and the two book FLIP and HOLD.At any brokerage including KW you probably want to talk to both the team leader and the broker to make sure they are on board with what kind of investing you want to do.Now all this probably doesn't drop in your lap, you may have to seek out the deal makers and network with the investors to find out more. 

I have indoor pools in my places and one of them has an indoor sauna as well.  

So many make RE investing much more difficult than it needs to be.

I needed one more turn of the screw to know if I could or could not make real estate investing work.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.

And, as much as we would love to make real estate investing a full time job, we don’t have the capital to start that just yet!
