Sometimes it's as simple as re-checking the formulas in your calculator cells - or confirming "monthly" or "annual" on your calculator.

Make sure all contractors that you work with have reliable vehicles and cell phones. 

Also you dont have to worry about paying for it ITS FREE and you can change your cell phone carrier and not have to print out new cards.
