As someone previously mentioned I am a buy adn hold multi family investor.Actually my favorite properties are the small 2 families or the Mother/Daughters that give yo uthe single family feel on 1st fl and then you have a small apt. above.I invest in Union county but am not opposed to other placaes.kind regards,Chris

I contacted the owner son and he told me that the property is in a trust for him when his mother passes away he is open to sell it but he cannot sell until his mother dies because they do not want to pay gains taxes on the property.
