Respectfully, you've been spamming this subforum with questions all day about a contract you're (I suppose) about to enter into.I counted 16 posts in the last 24 hours.When you read that paragraph, what conclusion do you come to?

Based on the reply's to your post many have come to the conclusion that you definitely have a property management issue if not a tenant issue.

I always came to the conclusion that due to my demanding career, I would not have sufficient time to be a good landlord, a wholesaler or busy flipper.

At work I get to max out an 401k with company match, I get good health benefits and some other things.I think everyone's situation is different, however hearing other peoples thoughts and ideas can sometimes help draw your  own conclusions as to what you should do.best of luck!
