There is a serious shortage of talent in public accounting - nearly every firm large and small that is going overseas for help, and cost cutting is at the bottom of the list as to why they are doing it. 

They are expensive, time consuming, and have no shortage of requirements.

There is a long-term rental shortage in our area, so I'm not worried about placing people in the off season.

I don't usually recommend buying deals at 83%, but I can tell you there's no shortage of people willing to do that in this highly competitive market.

If there is a shortage of money, then by default there will soon be a shortage of food. 

You will have no shortage of awesome people to bounce ideas off from and give/get advice.

Replacing them with newer models isn't practical considering the drastic decline in single wide production and the resulting shortage of good used late models.
