and or do the dishes  which this  did not have a dishwasher so we left 4 coffee mugs in the sink LOL. 

@Dawn Anastasi I have been exploring all kinds of seller financing options, as that seems to be the most promising way to proceed thus far.

I have never met a dishwasher who was successful in RE, I bussed tables as a kid, but that doesn't really count.
