If your company is ABC INVESTMENT, it can be ABC INVESTMENT SERIES 1, ABC INVESTMENT SERIES 2, etc for each property.

It might be worth arguing that the appraised value should be used for allocations, and so maybe if you have a nicer than normal unit it would make sense to get an appraisal.
