I find that It is very hard for me to focus more than an hour or so, on a tax website, google searches, etc, as my mind wanders a million miles a minute, and i would love for this to be streamlined so i can focus on talking to sellers and building title, attorney, agent relationships.Thoughts?

Insurance is pretty regulated, you can look up any insurance company at your state website to ensure they are properly licensed and formed.

I am a skeptical person but they are pretty badass. i do pay $95ish a month but they are getting things removed and their website rocks.Hell, I might just keep paying them even when my score gets above 750.

I shared about self directed IRA's, I sent him a link for a self directed IRA website, and he reminded me of his personal preference as well: he likes to talk to people in person when doing business, rather than over the phone or email.
