Heard of These Insurers?

I am doing a little due diligence on a flipper I am considering loaning to, and he says that because he uses a land trust with an llc as a beneficiary, there are only a few insurance companies that will insure the property, namely Foremost Insurance (part of Farmer's I guess) and All Risks out of Maryland. Has any one heard of either of these companies? Any thoughts in general on going with these companies?
