How can I phrase it to incorporate possible rate increase?

As we use to say on the farm "there is more than one way to skin a cat" (yes ... that is a disturbing phrase and no ... we never skinned cats!).

Interesting interview and useful advice and I've even caught myself saying "Suck it up, buttercup" a couple times :)Let me tell you what, people have been saying that phrase to me all week "Suck it up buttercup"It's not a catch phrase of mine really, but apparently it's got a sticking effect!

DTLA started to become a trendy place.

I have no desire to be a landlord in Portland due to anti-landlord legislature, outrageous tax hikes, and the trend I  which both are going.

I read from a real estate investor article that talked about a purchase sale contract which he said to BE SURE to include the following phrase: "offer contingent upon third party approval, and assignable by buyer".

The wording does take a minute to get used to but I like the old timey phrasing. 

This is just my take, so take it with a grain of salt.The only people who ask if I am a "private landlord" (that phrase specifically) have turned out to be bad news.

Those people pay the piper in their later years and that is coined by the phrase.
