Hello All,I'm trying to use TenantCloud to manage my properties, however; I've run into an issue with "moving in" a tenant (or group of tenants).I've already created a ticket with the TenantCloud group, but they haven't responded in over a week. 

Even if triple net and tenants are obligated to reimburse expenses per the lease larger ticket items often you have to put on a payment plan as the tenants cannot pay all at once.

Sounds like the electrician maybe spent all the money on lottery tickets and now needs some money.Has the electrical inspection been completed?

Well my only offering for thought is that if financial freedom is your goal, cash flow is going to be your ticket.

I figured a duplex (occupy one and rent the other) would be my ticket, but the market in San Diego seems to be pretty expensive/competitive/picked over.

This has been our golden ticket to successful.

If you do not know the age of the HVAC, roof, and other big ticket items I would add those to your reserve too!
