Keep a blank check with you at all times and be sure your agent is ready to write an offer on the spot - and make sure your agent knows what an escalation clause is and how to use it.That's not a rock solid guarantee, but I can promise that if you wait for the weekend to submit an offer, your chances of success will plummet.

Anyway what struck me odd was that I rear about that site in a book by Michael Blank, another supposed big real estate investor and I will say I was impressed with his backstory etc, however when visiting his site I saw one of those gimmick things where it was like " oh join today and get a discount form 13000 and pay only about 1497.00.
