It may take longer to complete because of the learning curve and procrastination from lack of knowledge and being a little nervous because you do not want to mess it up, it is natural and a normal part of the human to respond to challenges of uncertainty like that.

I'm trying to find an insurance company that can at least provide a commercial landlord insurance policy for the fourplex, and as a bonus I would like it if they also had a commercial umbrella policy that would supplement the commercial landlord policy.

It’s not really great if you love being right next to nature Or or hiking areas, the beach so you’re in the middle of the island everything is going to take a half hour drive or even longer, if they’re OK with walking in man-made parks and going to the gym then yeah this is a great place very quiet very well-maintained very safe .They would beCompeting with Military renters who get pretty large rental subsidy’s.
