Looking to hold this as long term investment and rental income. 

I'm comfortable with all of those, but I know that there is so much more than goes into your return than just those three main levers.Specifically, I'm getting hung up on 1) financing, 2) closing costs on both ends, and 3) holding costs

I have a question here regarding wither or not I should open LLCs and or a holding company for my upcoming scaling of my rental property portfolio. 

In 2023 we were about 80% AirBnB, in 2024 so far we are 75% VRBO, so there may be something to the idea that lead times are decreasing on AirBnB but not VRBO).
