It will help your situation if we all crack down on those who are taking advantage of this situation.Where I live, the abuse is so widespread that most businesses have a sign on their door asking people to not take advantage of the laws and only bring in necessary and legitimate service animals....Nothing I saw in the OP post suggests it's phony to me.
