I am looking for Co-working space option as investment...There are multiple co-working space opening in Dallas market and i feel this very attractive option for single person and small team business compare to working at Starbucks.They provide great Environment, facilities, community to grow business and professional presence.Anyone run numbers ... like what occupancy provide break even point?

You might attract some renters with good credit, who never thought about buying.
