Buying short sale pre foreclosure
I've found a pre foreclosure in orlando that I'm considering pursuing a short sale on. Based on what I believe I can get for the property and the expected rent the Cap Rate would be around 15% or more. I know that there are variables and wanted to ask for some advice from those who have done this before. How much will banks negotiate on short sales? Are they wedded to the amount they have invested? What can I do to make my offer more attractive?
