I used Kansas Basement and Foundation who put up I beams on a cracked basement wall in a rental that was starting to lean inward and leak water.

To possibly further muddy the waters, the owner did ask that I put some skin in the game by putting $50k down, paid directly down on the note.

Now i was told by the property manager that there is a big issue with the townhouse (molding and water leak) which i have to spend $32,000 to fix it.

Also the surface it not completely smooth and you get water beading on the flat surfaces.
