Now personally I would take a "peace-maker" approach (the velvet-glove) and just contact the tenants and say how it's been a noticed things around there and not saying if it is them or not, but with it that noticeable out doors it's inviting serious problems and a person would be best to be smart and discrete of such a thing before that uninvited attention is police. 

I was living in an expensive city I didn’t care to live in and actually wanted to be in an area where I could be outdoors more.

We do get strong winds where I am, but mostly it is extreme temperatures and snow. 

This includes, but is not limited todisconnecting all garden hoses from outdoor faucets prior to freezing weatherand opening cabinets under fixtures that are adjacent to outside walls to allowwarm air circulation near water and waste pipes. 

Currently we provide snacks and coffee, grill, and property has an outdoor shower. 

Average temperature 135 degrees 9 months out of the year.

I have far to many passions in life from cooking, software development, outdoor activities like overlanding.

At that temperature we were iffy if we would be alive then. 

Most restaurants were open with outdoor and now indoor seating.

By the end of the year, I want my knives in 10 high-performing gun/ outdoor stores.
