You can probably read literature on BP that will entertain you for days (if not longer) on this topic.

I have to say I'm entertained by idea that a property management company would be incapable of handling utilities though ... hopefully their fee was low! 

There is an expired tri-plex in Commerce City for under $200k that the sellers are willing to entertain offers. 

Many of the kids I come across think the only way they can ever be wealthy is by hitting it big in entertainment or in sports.

Is it something I should entertain over the next 6 months or just chill out for a year or so and gain experience?

@Brandon Turner I need to say that listening to you and @Joshua Dorkin go at each other on the podcasts is VERY entertaining!!  

These are smaller 2 or 3 bedroom houses, so the fireplace takes up a huge chunk of area in the living room and makes it virtually impossible to use my entertainment center.
