Hello, BP community!  I would like to start off by saying that I am proud to announce that I am now a BP Pro member!  (I am not a Pro at investing yet, that will take time and sweat equity before I reach that level!!)  

But I proudly state I am a Pro in and for the community.  I say that I am a Pro for the community because I consider this a small contribution to the hard work that @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, and the whole BP team that makes this site available to us all!  I happily pay this small fee to continue to enjoy and absorb the information I and all newbie investors thirst for to get out there and get started.

I have listened to almost 1/3 of the Podcasts and have been astounded at the wealth of knowledge that is shared amongst it's members.  It is taking me time, but I plan to get through all the podcasts before the end of May- hold me accountable to this BP family!  I attempt to read all the information I can regarding the RE investment industry, but I don't think there is enough time in my lifetime (and I'm only 35), to catch up to the years of work contained within this site.

I post about this on my own, not expecting nor having received any type of compensation for my thoughts, but I wanted to share this with all my fellow newbies out there who are on the fence about paying for a membership.  You will spend more money on other things that will yield you no return, but the additional perks that come from a paid membership are worth far more than the fee paid.  As it is my duty to serve this fine nation, it is my duty to fuel the machine that feeds our RE-related businesses!

I look forward to growing with this community and sharing my experiences as they come.  For now, I encourage all Newbies who are posting and asking about the value of a paid membership, take a step forward and invest in your education.

@Jonna Weber It is a lot of information to grasp, sometimes feels overwhelming and I often find myself flying around the site with no ideal where I'm headed.  Trying to structure my intake of the plentiful information available!

@Brandon Turner I need to say that listening to you and @Joshua Dorkin go at each other on the podcasts is VERY entertaining!!  You guys provide one of the best podcasts I've ever heard, keep up the good work and thanks for the awesome website!
