The absolute best option for LL going forward is having a 6 or 12m lease that DOES NOT auto renew or transfer to a mtm lease.

In addition, it's much easier to put MF properties on auto pilot and have others running them for you. 

I do get top dollar rent for the area, and she's been there 3 years, and pays thru an auto deduct platform, so it's been good in that sense.
