I've used Trulia.com to look up Crime Info for a neighborhood, but have not seen where to truly find this neighborhood rating.Is there a go to website for this neighborhood rating or is it just kind of subjectively created?

What kind of area is this?

Im starting a meetup, opening an office and studio, and will be buying multifamily and development projects locally and in surrounding areas and Im looking to network with all kinds of people that are on similar paths. 

My house had all kinds of problems, the one that scared me the most was the sill/structure.

The technique is called a 1031 exchange or a like-kind exchange.

This means your kind of loan and use them means you must shop around and be a successful borrower and you show that you are responsible to pay it back as fast as you can and/or make those minimum amounts on-time.

Referrals from people you really know are a great way to start as well, though if you need to expand your referral pool (like if the people you know aren't looking at the same kind of investments) BP is the place to go.As an FYI, the average rent for our props is $950, so certainly not CA rents, but not CA prices either.

I do kind of regret not buying rentals there during the crash as I decided to buy a house to live in the L.A area in 2010 instead , it worked out well but returns would of been higher there .

I believe they do so it's kind of moot.
