We toured a modular home build facility here locally that I mentioned it in an earlier post.We were impressed with their 2x6 'builds' as we were actively pursuing the concept but our plans have since changed. 

I'm trying to think minimalistic European furniture options for a solution to a dining table. 

I'm restricted to Florida, but my network is international.I have resources and relationships I could leverage for paid value and content: ebooks, vetted referrals, custom property searches, a tour, education - all very top tier instead of just a typical back and forth real estate agent relationship. 

And I totally understand your preference in investing in "stable" developed countries like Canada, European countries or Australia.

I'm active duty on my shore tour.

I am scheduled to go tour each of these properties next week, so I plan to discuss the possible options available and what the seller is willing to do.

We toured the house and the relator told us no one has placed an offer yet.

We had seen a similar house on the tours.
