Business Idea Legality: Arbitrage for Doctors to Agents
I want to start an arbitrage business that connects doctors to healthcare specific real estate agents, while I work as a healthcare specialist myself. I'm restricted to Florida, but my network is international.
I have resources and relationships I could leverage for paid value and content: ebooks, vetted referrals, custom property searches, a tour, education - all very top tier instead of just a typical back and forth real estate agent relationship.
If I offer this service, could this be a conflict of interest with the brokerage I work for since they are healthcare specific as well? I'm attempting to solve the problem of agents being paid ONLY on commission, so if I can successfully execute this I'd like to eventually scale to include selling this as a service to real estate agents
