one time in the Catskills we had to as it was a wedding and there were no hotels.. beds were terrible etc .in Hawaii  we stayed on Kanapali beach at the Whalers it was decent..  

I have more my goals by 40: 7M in RE w/ 4M in equity: 4M now w/ 3M equity, purchase more RE / partner 20k in passive mo. income; 10k now, wedding venues and SRTs to bring it there 150/hr income; finish spec writing course & freelance at $150/hr 

However, Lambeau does attract tourists year around, holds a lot of tradeshows, weddings, events.

Every month, the first Wed of every month. 

And lenders often string borrowers along for many months then deny the mod.You sort of imply you found out about this after the wedding.  

Our budget minded wedding put some more credit card debt on top of that!

I guess it is also unethical to buy a wedding ring from a pawn shop, because whoever pawned it needed money to buy groceries?

My husband doesn't agree and says we should give her until Wed, the 5th.I see his point where he doesn't want to get off on the wrong foot with the tenant since it's the first month of her paying rent and she's an brand new tenant.

When my former employer decided I didn't need to work there anymore it was a very depressing and scary couple of days figuring out what was going to happen.I decided if I was ever going to go full time and make it work it was then or never.Now I would rank that as maybe the 4th best day of my life (Wedding day, and birth of daughters 1 and 2 still ahead).Look at it as the kick in the pants to get super serious about things!
