We've tried both Upwork and Fiverr and a few others but always faced the challenge that we had to invest a ton of time educating VAs to reach higher levels of proficiency and efficiency. 

But VAs do the trick for cheap, anyway.

I have been hearing about VAs, Virtual Assistants for many years and was too afraid to go down that road. 

You are right that a lot of people hire VAs to do quite a bit of this work, but VAs only work as well as people train them.

If your state allows it record their calls so you can continuously give feedback.We train them in house - if I can help let me know - I have shared some of my VAs with other investor partners or clients from bigger pockets.

I have two VAs for cold calls; my KPI is 2 leads per 1,000 dials. 

Not only are they very flexible when it comes to any tasks assigned but they're quick to adapt to changes as well.How and where do I get VAs?

The second time has a much higher funding fee (think points or origination fee) in the 3%+ range.There are ways to have two VAs outstanding but it greatly limits what you can buy because it is capped.

I see posters on this site (and meet aspiring investors at REIA, etc) who are trying to learn virtual wholesaling, outsourcing to VAs, etc. before they have ever talked to a single seller.
