Those people get excited about creating an awesome guest experience, they love to nerd out about revenue management, photography, staging, and other parts of the business so they get really really good at it, and they have jobs that allow them the time to manage themselves (and this doesn't have to be a lot of time btw).

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

@Jerome Thompson, yeah it's easy to feel stuck at this stage in the game.

Is it a good idea to buy in a MPC in the beginning stages, and any thoughts on Crowley as a rental market?

Currently in the information gathering stage.

@James Brown I think it's hard to run a calculation for a rehab and a BRRR together as they are really two separate stages.

Be aware that certain staging items are not designed for regular human use , and may be slightly undersized in order to make the space look bigger.

This is in the early stages so I don't have a lot of info to go on right now. 

If you don’t address these issues at the acquisition stage, you could end up with significant unexpected costs and delays, i.e. buyers not closing on your deal!
