I wanted to share what I learned after my recent showing/tour and hopefully someone can walk me through my uneasy feeling.

I've never had to pull a permit and I've heard this city is a nightmare to work with so I'm feeling a bit uneasy about it all.

As we move into larger properties, these items are more the norm, but it makes me uneasy without these 2 important documents.

.; it could make some clients uneasy, or some clients might view it as a sign that you don't have things together).Personally, I like my agent to be driving a vehicle and showing signs of wealth and success that are just one step above my own vehicles, and my own level of wealth.

Along with the compiling other misleading things we were told, it all just became such an uneasy situation that my mom does not even trust she will ever get paid for the house sale and she just wants out. 

That makes realtors uneasy about what the true value is.The closest comp I was able to locate was more than 2 miles away.

I am just a little uneasy about sending someone enough information to steal my identity if I can't meet them in person.

Adjustable rate mortgages make me uneasy especially since both of these properties I plan to keep for the long run.  

I can tell that he is uneasy about the whole legal structure and would serve as a wake up call  as to what is happening on his property.
