Been leaning towards that area, it definitely feels like the Triangle area is bare of good deals. 

I am in the triangle now but will hopefully be buying our first BRRRR house in the triad area (hopefully Greensboro) and am thinking a 203k loan might work best for my scenario.

The property is like a big triangle with a house in need of repair in the top corner.

I'm a triangle investor and was looking to branch out to that area. 

Does anyone know a good wholesale-friendly lawyer in the Triangle Area?

@Jiri B.As previously mentioned, being in the triangle area there is an insane amount of opportunities using various methods in real estate.

If anyone's been keeping up with news throughout the Triangle's real estate market, they'll see article after article talking about how hot the market has been.

If you've perused these forums much, then you'll see that the Triangle is probably one of the top 5-10 destinations for Out of State Investors, combined with the local investors, all of which makes the market HOT. 

I am currently focusing my research in Florida and the North Carolina research triangle but open to other opportunities as well.

Margins are pretty tight right now throughout the Triangle @Matt Zothner on SFR and small MF rentals.
