Hi all,I just met with a real estate broker and they let me know that in Washington the buyer is technically responsible for paying the buyers broker commission upon closing.

@Tonia Butler Kinsey what your agent said is technically true, but the reality is it could get very expensive for you.Tenant could stop paying rent, and you take them to court.

Look at paying into your debt like this: Your making 3.75% ( technically after taxes only about .75 of that ) on your money when you pay that debt down.

So we are having to get creative with fb marketplace and stuff.Even stuff as simple as changing out locks to smart locks can be annoying and difficult if you're as non-technical and non-handy as I am!

My fear now is that by posting it on Airbnb I put it out for the world and I believe technically it can’t be rented separately but zoning said they would just tell her I have a permit pulled or it was just people who are renting my other place on the same lot so basically really no way to prove it.I was thinking instead of a kitchen is just rent it out 3-4 months a year with an outdoor flattop grill on the patio a nice seating area and maybe an outdoor sink.
