A non-franchised Broker with six agents won't have professional training and resources, so a new agent won't be trained as well and will struggle to get started. 

Hi Max, a good rule of thumb is to start with your target market/ideal guest.

Otherwise, leave it to the professionals who have the experience, systems, and resources to do it right.

It takes dedicated resources to build out and to do effectively at scale.

Our area, Destin FL. is somewhat new for AvantStay and they have had some growing pains with their resources in this area, BUT it has not impacted our experience or their quality of service.
