I haven't heard of any software, but I know plenty of investors who have made an excel spreadsheet and they use it on their phones/tablets/computers to get a rough estimateKeep in mind that many variables come at play here, from how bad something is damaged, to how big to the 'normal' costs of fixing in your particular market.Check out Will Barnard's 'repair cost' PDF in the FilePlace (here's a link), if you're serious about the business it might be worth developing your own excel
