I'm seeing signs that the oil industry is beginning to spin up again, Exxon (who has a MASSIVE campus just a few miles away from Tomball) just announced they are hiring a bunch of people and the overall economy seems fairly stable. 

Lots of people don't know jack about lawnmowers, especially that there are spinning blades that can lop off fingers and toes and puppy dog tails and infant heads. 

The spin is you can buy a house without a warranty that may have foundation issues or you can buy this house that has a 10-20 year warranty.

Plus, applicants are emotional and at times desperate it wouldn't take much for them to spin your reason for not accepting their applications and then finding yourself needing an attorney.

After taking a spin through the housing code, here is what I found: 1) houses built after 1987 have to be hardwired; and 2) houses built after 2011 have to be hardwired, and have a battery backup.
