The VERY first phone call I ever got when I started working in this business was a woman who went up and down both side of me screaming "How did you get my name and address...blah blah and my house isn't for sale...blah blah" and I calmly stated foreclosure is public record and her name was printed in the paper....the silence was sweet for me, but when I hung up my heart was POUNDING...I hated that call and never forgot it.One kind gentleman was drunk beyond belief and called me the "C" word, and if you're not a woman, you can't believe the impact that word can have...I was in shock and after was seriously ready to change my phone number until I realized all these people aren't really pissed at me, but their own messed up situation.

Assuming that it isn't just a call center in another state, I personally wouldn't put that on the call, but worse than that, there was just silence, I waited a full minute before calling back.
