All this  weird freaky coincidental heavenly fate shenanigans is not good for my 41 year ol heart!

I think the main thing is i do not have a known partner exist in the states now, hope to find some good partners in BP if possible so i won't get into trouble, foresee that is one of the safest and consider risky in another way (heaven or hell haha)... lets keep in touch, might be we can come across on some deal.

Go out, buy a few SFR rentals, but heaven forbid you should estimate NOI, your doing it backwards!  

I do not really know why he moved to Dallas Texas but I now think that his dad might have been transferred down here but they moved back to Minnesota before seventh grade but he was a really cool guy.
