Lastly, if you don't mind sharing what resources you utilize to scout potentially good investment properties and what resources do you use to market those properties successfully?

Il have a couple boxes of honey bees to take care of pollination too. this should keep me busy till spring then Im jetting off to Florida for a bit to get a duplex or condo or at least scout around for one while I soak up some sun shine for a week on the beach.

Scout out a deal and see if this person will split it with you.

I just came up with this particular idea about 2 weeks ago; So I'm still in my due diligence period--trying to gauge what to charge for lot rent, scouting out locations, reading forums like this one, researching set up costs, etc.

You won't have enough time to scout deals or manage your michigan properties yourself so I don't see much value in being licensed out there as you'll need to rely on others anyway.

I have been scouting a bit in Atwater and Winton for a different business venture and was pleasantly surprised by the area.  

It really shows with patience and really scouting out an area you can find a niche market and farm it for long term success and profit. 

Find a local boy/girl scout, 4-H, tree hugger to manage. 

You would be better off flying to a location and scouting properties over purchasing in SF.

Enter the mortgage generation field.. either as clerical or get your RMLO and do loans.. again learn while you earn.4. apply for a job with a development company and scout land deals for them.. hard to get this position but very fruitful if you can land it.with no money no experience its a tough road..
