I am at a total standstill until they resume inspections, and it doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon. 

Do things like listening to the webinars that Josh suggested above while debriefing the experience so that once you have all the knowledge to embark on that kind of transaction you also have the resume to inspire confidence in investors and lenders. 

One lender has asked us for a "borrower resume/biography" my initial draft seems a bit sloppy and I am wondering if anyone on here can point me in the right direction so that I can view a well written borrower resume/biography. 

This way you're  building your resume so to speak and building a relationship with the bank which lowers your risk profile in their eyes.
